How can I get rid of malware if the infection keeps shutting down all my spyware removal programs?

Usually I’m very savvy with spyware removal, but I am surrendering my computer’s latest infection. It closes every program I open, including Hijackthis, MalwareBytes, spybot, and ad-aware. I even deleted all the suspicious driver files using Security Task Manager, still nothing. The malware redirects my google searches, closes programs, and causes the computer to run very slow. Immediate help would be greatly appreciated.

Try doing things in safe mode.
That is when you close all programs and turn computer off and restart and press the F8 key once every second.Select safe mode, press enter key, Select your system, press enter key,
click start
all programs
cruise to your Malwarebytes and run
delete
close out
restart
