Suspected malware / Adware on my computer need help?

Hello, I think I have adware / malware on my computer. Since yesterday evening I get these pop ups to come in the IE browser to display ads like online poker and win competions iphones. I do not use IE I use fire fox I think I have malware or adware on my computer of these pop ups are just randomly up when I use the computer. One will one hour. I ran a scan using a free program called malware bytes infected objects picked up eight he deleted and I just ran a secuirty full scan on Kaspersky Internet Security 2009, he took no viruses or anything else. I know that the bytes did not remove this malware Mal / adware from my computer because that pop ups are still coming up. I need someone to give me a link to a malware / adware removable malware can delete this ad out Thanks to my computer.
