why dont macs get any viruses or spyware or problems?

Macs have problems, every computer/operating system have problems there’s just no way around that.
But Macs have no virus’, spyware simply because the folks who created and are updating the Mac os have put a lot of though and time into making the Mac as secure as they could. And they are always improving with time.
Plus virus and spyware writers are generally lazy, they want the quick and easy way to infect as many computers as possible and since Microsoft did such a horrible job with Windows it is just that easy and quick to infect.
