I have a mac…I think I have spyware or a virus…?

Okay, I’ll be honest. Porn is looked at on my computer. I have a macbook, though…and I’ve heard that very few viruses can get on it. However, my computer doesn’t run as well as it used to. The fans like to run…and it lags more than it did when I got it. I dunno if it’s because it has a virus or something. My old pc was awful…viruses out the wahzoo. Perhaps it’s just because my computer is 2 1/2 years old. Regardless, are there any programs that work to check my mac? I downloaded the INTEGO software a year ago, and I can’t get rid of it! There’s this castle icon on my computer that won’t go away, no matter how many times I’ve deleted it, and when something did that on my old pc, it was spyware. It makes me nervous.
