spyware free??

can anyone suggest an actual FREE spyware removal program for my stupid PC??? I um…ahem….don’t need one for my Mac..haha

Aside from the ones listed already, you can try either spyware terminator (http://www.spywareterminator.com) or the free version of Spyware Doctor from the googlepack (http://pack.google.com). I would not recommend using both, though – I tested that configuration, and found the realtime protection each provided were conflicting with each other, causing both to not work properly.
