KGB KEYLOGGER; refog. this thing keeps showing up in my pc?

i know what it does. it tracks every key typed on your keyboard and shows up to the user. my question is; how does it keep showing up on my computer? i run Ad-aware and Stop-Zilla Spyware Detection programs and it supposedly deletes them but a day or two later and the Keylooger is back. i DON’T download anything. i never get nor open mail from anyone i don’t know. i barely get email to begin with. i don’t go on porn sites or any other uncommon sites. just Facebook, Ebay, Yahoo mail and here…Yahooo Answers. can anyone help?
*also, i’ve figured out that it’s not my wife secretly installing it on our pc like i originally thought. this i know for sure. is there a way that you can send a KGB Keylogger to someone if you know their email address???

you can get keyloggers from emails very easy. if you see or know any emails that have attachments thats your main source of the keylogger to where it came from.

what you need to do is do a scan and remove all found spyware and when scan is done quickly restart your computer.

things like those keyloggers clone them selves when being deleted or there is a source on your computer that keeps adding it.

check all your emails and/or downloads to find the source of this keylogger. where ever it come from, not only does the keylogger needs to disappear but also the source thats making it come back.

do scans on most of your downloaded programs that your afraid that might be harmful.
