I think I’ve been infected with some kind of spyware…?

So, earlier today..
There was a little icon on my taskbar that I had never seen before and it kept flashing back and forth between its little blue x form and the emergency button (exclamation point in a triangle) saying that some form of trojan/spyware was on the computer and it needed to be removed… So I clicked the thing and it took my to spylocked.com… Which I knew for starters was a bad thing.. So I researched spylocked and got that icon removed.. Well, during my search for a removal tool, this little Security Help Center thing came up.. I knew it wasn’t what it appeared to be because it was in an Internet Explorer window…
Does anyone know what this is or how it can be removed?
I have Spybot Search and Destroy 1.4, Ad-Aware SE Personal, and Spyware Blaster 3.5.1…
Should one of those be able to find it and remove it if it is something bad?
EDIT: Security Alert: NetWorm-i.virus@fp

a security alert bubble came up saying that’s on my comp… how is it removed??

Run an Adware check and virus scan on your computer first. Then delete all cookies/internet files/etc. One of your programs should detect something. They might have already quaranteened the virus anyway. IF this doesn’t work, look into Hirens Boot Disk. You burn it to a disk and then put the disk in your drive and restart your computer. Your computer will boot off the disk. Then follow the on-screen instructions to run a virus scan. This is more effective becuase it will scan and can delete files that are normally in use while Windows is running.
