Spyware Sweeper won’t install because the window keeps closing before I can do it.?

My spyware software won’t install because the spyware on my computer probably gets to it before i can install it. when i click install the window for installation pops up then closes quickly. i already have ad-aware on my computer but it hasnt gotten rid of it with a smart scan and i dont have enough time to do a full scan. how do i install spyware sweeper before it closes?

Antispyware won’t detect and remove viruses. They are meant for tracking cookies and browser hijackers ect.
