My Spy Sweeper keeps blocking something called ieframe.dll (iexplore.exe) help!?

When I close an application my Spyware blockes something that says ieframe.dll (iexplore.exe) is trying to be installed. What is this? It never came up before.

iexplorer.exe is just Internet Explorer. It could be a false positive result, or a malware disguising itself as Internet Explorer.
