Your computer is infected! Windows has detected spywafre infection! PLEASE HELP ME GET RID OF THIS!?
first thing, I CANNOT REBOOT IN SAFE MODE
for some reason, when i do so, a blue screen always comes up saying that “Windows has encountered a problem and needs to shut down” and so on.
second, here is what is happening:
there is a red circle with an X through it that, whenever i hover over it, a bubble appears and says “Your computer is infected! Windows has detected spyware infection!” and so on
i know its a scam, i just need to remove it.
i tried Spybot & AdAware, but they both didnt fix it.
Please help me
