Spyware doctor help!!?

I have spyware doctor and I can’t run live updat cuss it says that my subscription is invalid.

I got a new serial number and I don’t kno how to put it in cuss it is already registered. How do I re-activate it?!

I tryed uninstalling everything including Spyware doctor System 32 and prefetch files butwhen I re-nstall it, it is still activated under the bad subscription!!

Help!!

Is it fully paid for, did you type in the license key code? if so then E-mail Spyware Doctor or call them up.
