I have suspended TOTAL SECURITY 4.52. Installed Spyware doctor & Scanned my PC. Should I keep this tool ?

Removed TOTAL SECURTY from system tray. Intalled Total Security 4.52 removal kit & scanned PC. Now it says that I have infected files. What do i do now.? Should I keep this SPYWARE DOCTOR installed.!?
