Spyware Protect 2009 manually deleting?

I’ve honestly looked at all of the websites explaining how to delete all the files and what not, but it is not working. Spyware Protect 2009 is still on my computer, and still annoying me and I am just trying to delete it. I am confused on what to do mostly and I am not sure half the time if what I am doing is right. I dont feel like purchasing anything to delete it either. Can someone help me in anyway?
