Does anyone know of any spyware to monitor computer activity?

I’m looking to be able to monitor my husband’s activities during the day on messenger and emails if possible.

There are lots of them, but if you’re at that point why waste your time? Check the computer’s history and cookies too. Find out his screen name and check him out online. Don’t forget to confront him.
