I Think I have a virus/spyware/adware/ect. but can’t detect it or get rid of it.?

My computer has been randomly restarting. When I’m in the middle of something, my computer will have a blue screen that shows a physical memory dump or something like that. I tried to run my zone alarm anti-virus and it didn’t detect anything. It said that I needed to update my definitions so I tried but it wouldn’t allow me to update. I then tried to run spybot but every time i tried, i would get the blue screen. So I uninstalled spybot and tried to reinstall it. Every time i try to access the spybot, i am redirected to a different website. I searched yahoo and google but everytime i try to click on a helpful website, i am again redirected to what appears to be a random website.
