PC was hijacked last night out of my control.Running a scan and suddenly it was not sbc on screen.?

It was someone called “computer association” it looked like the same window sbc was running it took complete control of the pc alll I could do finally was shut it down and then a few minutes later I turned it on and ran Lavasoft and Spyware doctor and they quartined a lotof objects and said it is spy and virus free. Do I trust them thats it is? How do I know for sure?

Make sure you update your spyware scanners and run again.

ALso make sure your virus scanner is up to date (i recommend the free virus scanner AVG – http://free.grisoft.com)

If you want to be completely safe, get Windows Defender (A free program from Microsoft that stops all nasties getting in)
