Problem with Mozilla FireFox?

Well. I run Ca Anti-spyware and it says i’ve got nothing. but for some reason recently when i use mozilla firefox i get pop ups. the odd thing is … when i go into task manager the pop-ups are categorized as internet explorer. last night i got rid of… or i think i did the Vundo Trojan (i ran anti spyware like 2 times and it quarantined it then the 3rd time it didn’t show up i tried to go to safe mode but my computer wouldn’t start it up?) and ran all of my anti virus, and nothing showed up… any clue whats wrong?
Also when i open up task manager and go to the processes screen. anything i have clicked keeps on flashing
i try to download malwarebytes, but when i do. it downloads but it can’t find it as an item … i double click it and it’s like can’t find it browse ?
