How do I get rid of ad and voice pop-ups?

I have these annoying ad pop-ups on my computer. They are of adds like Sprint and stuff like that. They pop up for a second and then go away. It happens almost every 10 minutes. I also have voice pop-ups. A guy or girl will stay “congratulations, you’ve just won a free laptop computer.” This happens almost every 15 minutes. I’ve tried using Ad-Aware Adware Removal and Malware Bytes mal ware removal. No luck. Can anyone recommend something I should do or use?

Well, if Malwarebytes isn’t finding anything, that’s a bad sign. Try the free trial of Eset Nod32 and do a scan with that. That might work. Smitfraudfix and VundoFix are also good, and you don’t have to install them, just download, clean your computer, and then delete the programe.
