How to remove completely BPS Spyware?

I uninstalled BPS Spyware & Adware but there is always a context Menu.dll in my programs folder and it will not delete. I ran Spy-Bot S & D, and this file is each time but it will not delete. When I go the file and try to remove access denied said !!!!! Ideas????

In order to successfully eliminate the infection malware (viruses, spyware, adware, etc.) from your PC, you must follow a methodical approach and efficient use (and free) of tools.
