What is the best?? Spybot or Xoft?? I need a good adware and spyware remover? Or do you recommend another?

My friend (who owns a computer repair shop) said spybot is not good, but my husband and my father said that's not what they're recommend to use and have it on their computers.

I used AVG Anti-Virus, Zone Alarm Firewall, Spy-bot Search and Destroy and Ad Aware spyware two killers for years. They are all free for personal use and I had no problems with viruses trojans etc. AVG does not slow your system down as much as some other products and Zone Alarm allows a lot of personal configuration unlike the Windows Firewall.
