I guess I have bifrose backdoor. I get rid of it with spyware & look in regisrty, but after restart it’s back.

I have used MS Maliculous removal, windows defender, and have used other spyware/Adware programs. I even looked in the registry and cleared my prefetch cache. I restart, then scan with AT&T online protection, and it’s back. How do I get rid of this?
