ok s I have avast,super anti spyware and windows defender. is this good enough protection?

ok so i just downloaded malwarebytes. now is this just a on demend scanner, and can i run along with super anit spyware and windows defender?

i have used SpyNoMore,it can found every kelogger that the common antivirus can’t found and uninstalled,i feel so good ,maybe you can try it
