i have a spyware called antivirus pro 2010 on my computer. how do i get rid of it? i tried everything?

i have tried to delete it in safe mode. i also have tried to block its websites. ive also tried to download anti spyware but it never lets me complete the download. i cant remove it by using the add of remove programs thing either. and it wont let my avast anti spyware open or run scans. what should i do?!?!
