how to stop rogue anti-spyware programs from installing to windows?

My uncle’s computer has been auto-installing a HUGE bunch of rogue anti-spyware programs (examples: windows antivirus pro, advanced virus remover, green av, spybot – search and destroy, pc antispyware 2010, system security, nortel, etc.), and i have no clue how their getting on, where they’re coming from, or why they keep on installing. Any help???
I’ve been working on this for months and whenever I try to run a GOOD anti-spyware (examples: Malwarebytes, Norton, or McAfee), they run for about 5 seconds, they crash, and they won’t work AT ALL! I have to reinstall them then if i try to use them again, they crash again. PLZ HELP???

MAKE SUPERANTISPYWARE PORTABLE
This method is a life saver when your in a pinch and can’t access the internet!
1.Download,install,and UPDATE! Superantispyware on a USB stick using another computer? During install it asks for”Destination Folder” change it from C:/Program Files/SUPERAntispyware to K:/SUPERAntispyware or whatever drive the USB stick is in? When your done stick it in the infected computers USB, and open Superantispywares file on the stick and Dbl click on the SUPERAntispyware app and run a full scan and delete/quarantine all entities it finds.

2.Download,install and update Malwarebytes normally using the infected computer (Don’t put it on the stick) and run a full scan and delete/quarantine all entities it finds.
Note: If it won’t launch do this. Right click on the mbam setup app you downloaded and rename it xxxx then Dbl click on it and install and update it(If you can) and run a full scan and delete/quarantine all entities it finds. If you couldn’t update before 1st scan update Malwarebytes and do another scan?

Go to start then run and type in msconfig. Then ok.
To control what boots up goto msconfig. There is a boot up tab check or uncheck the boxes, to disable or abel each item. Also because you disable an Item this does not prevent you from using anything you disable, it only prevents it from booting up when you start computer. If you want to use an Item you disable from booting up just click on it, and it will start. There are a few essentials you need when booting up, normally 4 or 5 plus virus and firewalls controls if you have them. I have an HP mine are PS2, REC GUARD, KBD, CCAPP. Just rember because when you don’t boot it up it is still usable but you gain a lot of ram memory. Also you can call the manufacter and they will give you the esstials for booting up. So you understand KBD stands for key board PS2 stands for mouse.
