My computer has been infected with antivirus pro 2010 can someone tell me what to do to get rid of it?
OK, I was just on my computer and suddenly it installed itself here’s what ive tried to do to get rid of it so far:
Deleting program files: I had to open task manager and end a process to be able to do this but when i deleted it it just reinstalled itself
Superantispyware: I ran a full scan on this and got rid of what it found but it just came back
Spyware Doctor: I Ran a complete scan with this and removed everything it found, it didnt come back straight away and when i scanned again it found nothing but the antivirus pro 2010 pop ups just kept coming (However i could use the internet properly now though) When i restarted my computer everything was back and it had reinstalled itself.
Please Someone help me ant tell me what to do!
use malwarebytes anti-malware, and TURN OFF SYSTEM RESTORE before scanning, then turn it back on after you’re clean.
