How the heck can I remove spyware guard 2008 AND Antivirus 2009!?
I am so totally frustrated with these stupid rogue programs. I’ve tried removing them manually with NO success. It blocks my internet access every time I get on, and there is no way to get onto the internet. I’ve tried running my computer in Safe Mode Networking but all that appears is the black screen with Safe Mode in all four corners. No icons or anything, just a plain screen, so I have to shut down.
I tried transferring a few removal programs to the computer infected with my usb flash drive, but any of the programs I clicked on wouldn’t start up. They would appear to load but nothing popped up. How the heck can I get this crap off without restoring my computer?! ( I would happily restore my computer if I didn’t have over 1,000 Sims files on it! )
Okay you guys obviously didn’t read that I CANNOT access the internet or transfer files through my Flash USB card because my computer does not open them, or that I cannot get into Safe Mode because nothing shows up.
