I have spybot search and destroy and Adaware too.Do i need to D/L malware bytes anti malware aswell?

Im not sure ya see if i need to get malwarebytes anti malware aswell or does Adaware or spybot search and destroy cover all spyware,Adware and malware?I dont want nothing to conflict against each other,so can someone let me know please how to give my PC the right setup.

Spybot is too slow in scanning and a memory hog(see in Task Manager the performance of CPU jump to 90% !)
Ad-Aware these days is outdated.
