Is this really a keylogger on my computer or is it a false positive?

I downloaded this thing called Personal anti spy by blazingtools a while ago. Two of my other anti spyware software are picking up something called “Perfect Keylogger” also made by blazing tools. When it shows the location of the Keylogger it gives the location of the Personal anti spy. So has it mistaken Personal anti spy for a keylogger made by the same company?
