Which anti-spyware/malware software is the best bang for your buck?

I am using the FREE versions of Avira Antivir Personal with Malwarebytes, SuperAntiSpyware, and windows firewall but I need real-time protection. I’m on a tight budget and only want to buy one anti spyware or an all-in-one anti virus [if there is such a thing]. I really appreciate good advice but please keep in mind I am not PC savvy and need to keep things simple.
@ Normal – I do scheduled scans every night and at least once a day as well.

If you don’t want to spend any money,you can get free threatfire,just type threatfire into google.It’s real time protection against malware,Adware and rootkits.If you really want to use a paid version of something,buy malwarebytes or superantispyware,both are great products.
