Zango Sa is always there when I run Yahoo Anti Spy. How can I stop this Adware from contstantly reappearing?

Zango Sa will appear every time I run the anti spyware. Even when I remove it and immediately run the anti spy again, Zango Sa will be there. Please help. I want it gone, really gone.
