I have a problem with an Adware called Webhancer, it’s in a folder called System Volume Information?
I deleted it from my computer, and them I removed it from my recycle bin but now it’s in a folder called System volume information in the restore area, I tried using the instructions on the Microsoft website to access it but it didn’t work, so is it still a threat if it’s in the system volume information? Oh I also used the Symantec Webhancer removal tool and it said my system doesn’t have Webhancer but my anti-virus says it’s in the system volume information. Oh and for some strange reason system restore doesn’t work. How do I get rid of Webhancer, is it dangerous if it’s in the system volume information
