custom virus definitions for mcafee?
I have mcafee anti-virus on my computer. I have recently aquired a virus that no Adware,spyware or antivirus tool can get rid of (i’ve tried, the problem is that it’s such a new virus/bug that no one’s issued a patch for it yet!)
i’ve been able to narrow it down to a single .exe that automatically rns itself and heals itself.
believe me i’ve tried almost everthing (so don’t reccomend some spyware removal tool or anything)
My question is: does anyone know of a way that you can create custom virus definitions for mcafee so that when the virus starts up it will flag it as a virus and prevent it running?
GOt to the mc afee website and chat with an agent tell the the virus name an they will help you
