how can i clean w.32/Rontokbro.gen@mm and Adware-Ezula.dldr.url am using mcafee antivirus,its detecting then?

used to scan and scan but still detecting them , kindly assist with solution pls some times i have eZinstall[1].exe kindly give solutions to remove these worm for ever.
am always updating my antivirus
