Adware problems, oh help me please?

I am so sick of these naked lady pop ups and toolbars and all this junk i don’t need and slows my computer down. Is there a program that can clean this up without me having to pay??? All the ones that i have found i have to pay for.

You can use two or three antispyware program without conflict. Only one antivirus program, or you will have conflict.
