My browser homepage is getting set to this above link automatically. Even thought I change my settings in options….everytime I close the browser and open it again. Its getting set to this page..I dont know if its spyware or adware or trojan or hijacker or something… Its very annoying!!
Can anyone please respond to me on how to fix this problem? Is there a tool to remove this or should I manually edit in registry?

try to run spybot http://www.safer-networking.org/
it should do the job, but you should consider to get a safer browser, like firefox
