Is there a program that scans files to confirm no Adware, spyware, viruses, etc. before opening them?
or is it the programs I have already Spybot, Ad-Aware, AVG Free? If I download limewire, I'll probably use a scanner before opening them. Is there a CLO that users limeware use? Thank you. I have not LimeWire. I love the announcement of avast. I love this program too, but avg and adaware are known to be very good at protection. Stay outta my post, marketing AVAST. hey man space, great minds. I forgot to mention that I have a software firewall (while on a wireless router). I use Kerio. I used to use Zone Alarm, but since their last update had problems (at least me), I went through. This firewall is very good too. Contact me for any suggestion forums. I use all the following and if I have a new file I just downloaded I scan with AVG. Nothing 100% guaranteed, but whoever AVG Yahoo Cought pass through their attachment virus checker e-mail. Sounds like you have everything, but I would suggest a good firewall. see below. They are all free and are all that is required. no reason to pay for such software, except to make a donation to the authors if you can. ALL the above programs are recommended and must be administered on a regular basis. With some versions of the free movement, they must be run manually. The best way to avoid to be a malware (viruses, Trojans, spyware, etc.) is to practice safe computing. Microsoft and many others have countless articles on the topic of computer security.
