Adware Problem (Application.Adware.Savenow.g, Adware.Relevant.a, Adware.Onestep.a)?
Hi there, I have a little problem over 3 adwares. Last night I downloaded a zip file and my BitDefender popped up and said that BitDefender has blocked Application.Adware.Savenow.g, Adware.Relevant.a, and Adware.Onestep.a, and my computer is not infected.
However, the zip file I downloaded last night has already been saved to My Downloaded Files. Also, the cache to the web consisting these adwares are also in my Opera cache as well. Now whenever I started my Opera browser or open my downloaded folder, the BitDefender always pops up saying the same thing over and over again. It’s annoying..
How can I remove the files? I can’t delete the zip file in downloaded folder, and I can’t clear the cache in Opera. Other caches are cleared, but the adware-consisted site is not cleared. I have tried several anti spyware such as SpyBot, Spyware Doctor, SuperAntiSpyware but they just can’t delete these 3 adwares.
Please help me.. Although not infected, these adwares are really annoying 
Start in safe mode & then delete the zip file, then run your antispyware programs.
tip – if it back when you re boot then the spyware is in system restore, you will have to turn off system restore; re boot after into safe mode & try again.
