Why do popups keep coming on my screen?

I have Adware filters and for some reason, popups keep coming on my screen and it then it freezes my computer.

After you install these softwares, update them first, and then run a scan. After you run a scan with each software please restart the computer and run the scan with the same software, restart and then move with the second software and follow the same with all 3 softwares. Note: Make sure even if the proble is resolved run a scan every 2 days with the softwares installed on the computer.( Online scans not needed frequently. Once a month or twice is enough) Update the softwares before you run a scan.
