Trymedia Adware and My Anti Spyware?

I ran a check for spyware with both spybot and with Att yahoo online protection. Spybot doesn’t even show any results, but yahoo says I have Trymedia Adware, but when I click on delete, it says it can’t. How can I fix this, and can I manually remove the spyware safely?
