My System is badly infected with “Adware-Navi Promo”?

It keep detecting it everyday, i keep removing them each hour,Does it mean that each time the anti spyware (McAfee) dectecs a new one or is it attached to a file and does not want to go out.
The file C:WINDOWSsystem32mslock32.dll has been dectected as a component of potentially unwanted program ADWARE-NAVIPROMO.
What will i do to remove this Adware
Is it safe to remove the said file, so to succed in removing the Adware, if yes, howdo i do that?

M to delete spyware…make sure when you scan your computer for spyware or any other threats, make sure is up to date.

What you need to do:
1. Install any Spyware program, make sure is a well-known spyware program such as Microsft Defender Beta, McAfee…
2. Update it!
3. Close all programs
4. Scan your computer under an Administrator account
5. After finishes, if spyware was detected, remove or deleted
6. If it did not detect anything, then two things are true:
a. You do not have spyware
b. You have scan under Safe mode
* If you don’t know how to go under Safe mode, do the following:
You have to be fast!

After you turn your computer on and before Windows starts:
1. Press F8.
2. A menu of choices will appear–one of them should be “Safe Mode”
3. Select its number and Windows will start in safe mode

Then just everything else is the same, do the steps for scanning.
