Should I Block 3rd Party Cookies?

Should i block 3rd party cookies or not because i got this adware thing called adware.mywebsearch/funwebproducts when i scaned with superantispyware free edition and i made some research and it said that i have to block 3rd party cookies.Should I do it or not? 10 pts for best answer!!!

3rd party cookies means that website owners allow some other site or network to track you while on the site. This is used to determine what sites from the network you visit.
Generally, they are not harmful in my opinion.
