Will you help save my computer and the bay window it is gonna go through?

I renewed my spysweeper and trend micro antivirus that I never had problems with before, which is why I stuck with it. Followed all instructions and now-Warnings of Trend Micro unable to remove suspiciuos software-RAP Generic, Adware MWS and others. Says to delete programs myself if unwanted. I could not figure out how to delete and even if I need it, cuz all I wanted was to renew the security programs I had before and be done. Also C:Program files/Trend/Microvirus window comes up every time the computer is turned on and a warning of trend micro being off sometimes, and very slow. AAARGGGHHHH—– PLEASE & THANK YOU– GOOD DAY!

Don’t reload the OS. That’s idiotic. Do you want the correct answer? The files in question don’t just magically appear. You need to clean up your profiles. Delete your temp files, temp internet files, and cookies. Delete them from Documents and Settings folder under all user accounts. Uninstall your AntiVirus and SpySweeper and run an online scan. I like Trend Micro’s HouseCall. Let it delete anything it finds, and reinstall your AntiVirus and SpySweeper. TrendMicro is very resource intensive, so if you like this one, add memory.
