I need help with windows explorer, it keeps crashing and I can’t fix it, I know what the problem is.?

I downloaded a keygen for a program but when I tried to double click on it the icon dissapeared and windows explorer started to crash. I’ve done multiple virus, adware, spyware, malware scans with many different programs such as McAfee, Avast, Ad-Aware, Spyware doctor, ect and I still can’t find the little bugger. And whenever I try to use windows explorer it will crash, then come back and crash again so I can really open up any explorer windows. Can someone tell me how repair or uninstall and reinstall windows explorer (not internet explorer)? And don’t say download this virus scanner or anything dumb like that.

Format and Reinstall.
If you don’t want to mess with any “dumb” virus scanners then that’s your other option.
