I have tried everything to get rid of this crappy IEDefender trojan and nothing works. HELPPPPPPPP?

I have tried using Ad-Adware, Windows Defender, manually removing it (I can’t find all the files associated with it), what do I do that doesn’t require I purchase another program online?

AVG Free is an awesome free anti virus program, and it takes care of trojans as well.
