userbars.org gave me a virus.. help!?

i wanted to make userbars and then i ran the setup thing and then my anti-virus and spyware and other sutff i dont know said someone wants to change my home page to turbo search-1.com or something..

i did full system scan and i found adware.hotbar adware.zango and like 2 others.. i keep scanning, and quarintining them over and over.. it just keeps reproducing. i turned on my firewall now, downloaded a whole mess of recomended anti-viruses and i delete them but it wont go away!!

so help?

Since the antivirus prgrams have failed to work, try starting your computer in safe mode. Usually, when restarting yout computer, press esc a lot until it starts up in the safe mode. Your screen will look basic, with big icons and a plain background, but dont worry. After this, rerun your antivirus prgrams and search for any unknown programs. If this doesnt work, you’ll have to restore the factory defaults by using the system restore cd you got from buying the computer. Hope this helps.
