I have a “adware generic 4″ PUP virus in my computer.?

how do I get rid of it? where do these things come from (web sites). pls help!!

Run your antivirus software. If you don’t have any, get AVG Free 8.5. Also i recommend running Advanced SystemCare Free regularly.

These viruses can come from numerous places: the internet, P2P downloading programs like limewire, azureas, kazaa, etc, and emails and their attachments. In general, if you don’t know what something is, don’t go there or open it.
