EMERGENCY!!! How do I remove Adware.Gen and Adware.ZangoSearch from my PC?

Malwarebytes has been deactivated and AVG is crap. I found these running Symantec.

There's allot of malware everywhere these days and it's hard to avoid catching a bug from time to time.(WARNING) Do not start deleting stuff! "You will do more harm than good"!
To help those that aren't to familiar with battling viruses I put together this simple plan of attack that anyone can do in a couple of hours or less depending how bad your computer is infected?

If your computer is froze up and won't let you download and use anti virus programs? Avira just put out a free rescue CD that you can download and burn on another computer.All you have to do than is stick it in the infected computers drive and reboot, I like videos better than explaining it in print so here's another one to explain in detail how to do this!

When your done killing your bug you need to clean up your startup menu and get your computer back to running like the day you bought it! You guessed it another video (~:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rbSwtNiBx5A&feature=channel_page

Download and use CCleaner its a great program and it’s also free! (Note) In CCleaner go in “Tools” and you have easy access to the startup menu!

If plan A,B or C didn't solve your problem than you need to backup all your personal files,drivers and programs and do a fresh install of your operating system and that's another story and shouldn't be attempted by a novice?
