I have a virus I am trying to clean up from my Harddrive, gtdownls_95.ocx Adware.Gdown. Need online tool!?

I need an online tool to try and clean it up. Does anyone have a solution?
What is an IDE?

Don’t open the softwsare with a normal program, remove the internals from the program with something like an IDE or simular like VB studio, then delete it.
