Have a malicious Adware ‘virus’ that I can’t remove from my computer. What should I do?
Hello, I have a malicious adware ‘virus’ that I can’t remove from my computer. I have scanned my computer with two different virus programs and both of them have found “hint of the day, no adware” but they both say that it can’t be removed from my computer unless I restart. When I restart, it scans my computer again and then again it will say the same, that it can’t be removed and I should restart.
Whenever I do a google search and click on a link, it goes to another site. I don’t know what to do to get rid of this adware.
I used Spybot and super antispyware for scanning my computer. Any suggestions??? thanks!
