Will Spy-bot,Adware-se,zonealarm,ccleaner help my ie7stay healthy?

Ok! IE7 is more secure than IE6, but you need to have more security. The programs you have mentioned are fine but you missed two things:

#1. Antivirus software:
I recommend any four among these freeware:
(a) Avast! Antivirus from http://www.avast.com/
or
(b) AVG Anti-Virus Free from http://free.grisoft.com/
or
(c) BitDefender Free from http://www.bitdefender.com/
or
(d) AntiVir Personal Edition from http://www.free-av.com/

#2: An excellent program/cookie monitor known as
WinPatrol from http://www.winpatrol.com

This is not an antivirus but you can actually prevent unwanted program execution or cookies. It was very effective for me for cases where antiviruses/antispywares failed to detect a new infection.

In addition to these programs you may use Opera/Firefox as your primary browser and IE7 for only some pages (like microsoft.com), as most malwares are targated towards IE.
